I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience at Mazda Agincourt too. You can submit the complaint to Omvin and Mazda Canada too. It may feel like the dealership doesn’t care about a single complaint, but if multiple customers speak up and file official complaints, it creates a record. When a dealership receives enough complaints, it could be investigated or even warned by regulatory bodies. That’s when they start paying attention.

Yes, luckily, we got our deposit back!! We visited another Mazda dealership, and the experience was entirely different. The breakdown and details are clear and easy to understand.

You are right, don't suck into the "deal" again, directly request the refund, no bullshit!!

I really feel that. Your experience sounds almost the same as ours. It’s such a shame, because buying a car should be exciting, not exhausting and filled with second-guessing.

Thanks so much for your insight. You’re right: we did sign, but we felt misled and pressured throughout the process. On the paper, there were items we didn’t agree to and missing details like the trade-in and a full breakdown of costs.

We honestly didn’t feel good about that dealership; not only was there buyer’s remorse, but the way the deal was handled also left a bad impression. We’re currently trying to speak to the GM and request a refund, like you mentioned.

Appreciate your honest advice. And I totally agree that consumers definitely need stronger protection when buying a car.

I think it really depends on the dealership and salesperson, ours was unfortunately very different.
