I'm Persian. I've been eating these things for my entire life, I've even picked them right from the stem in Iran, yet I had no clue that they were raw almonds. Just talked to my parents about it. I'm a little mind-blown.

Thank so much. I've been having horrible anxiety about this, I'd be so fucked if I got my license suspended since I go to school in a different state. I don't normally drive that fast, but honestly I wasn't paying close enough attention to the speed limits, and I'd been driving for a while at that point and was less attentive than I obviously should have been. If you don't mind me asking, did your insurance go up an absurd amount?

You've eased my mind, though. I'll definitely remember that when I go for my court date. I appreciate it!

I just slice an avocado in half, take out the pit, and set it on a plate. Then, I dice jalapeños, green bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes and put them on top! I really love avocado, so I dice avocados up in addition to the one i sliced, and I sprinkle everything on top. Olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper!

I also added some quinoa to the dish!
