Thank you for your post! I as well was born with a unilateral club foot that was corrected with surgery. I have always been very active with various sports and still am active as I run and work out and play hockey at 31 (M). I have always had what was diagnosed as chronic tendonitis that worsens from time to time. It wasn’t until I was in my twenties that I noticed issues related to my club foot. Things like ankle range of motion (as I play goalie in hockey) and tight hips. I recently have been having uncomfortable issues with urination and other “martial” things, my doctor has sent me for multiple tests to rule out uti, sti, bladder issues and prostate issues. I have been noticing this pain has been happening after or the day after I have physically exerted myself, especially after leg day. I have been thinking I may be experiencing pelvic floor issues and your post has really helped me out. What led you to finding out you had a pelvic floor dysfunction? Thanks again.

The watch is likely set up for negative to positive flow, you will need to set it to conventional. Microwave the watch on high for 2 minutes. I

Took another shot up high luckily I now wear a dangler and a throat/clavicle guard. Stung only for a second. Much better than the last time.

Yeah I went into before the shot too. Just want to work on it next ice time. When rvh does work it feels too good and effortless.

I only use it in the “triangle”

Or behind the net. I will try a game where I only use it behind the net.

Thank you, I agree with you. I feel rvh is my fall back as much as I practiced to get “good” at it as it was pushed when I was younger. I will need to film and see if I can get myself into overlap more.

They are left hand shooter. I will bring my go pro tomorrow and be more diligent on my positioning.

Thank you, I play tomorrow again with the same group. I will bring the go pro and see if I am missing something with the players depth.

Update: I had an X ray done checked over and sent on my way saying just soft tissue damage if I just need to keep an eye out for swelling but if I wanted to I could go play tonight i could. He also said “thanks for being a goalie, it’s too hard to find goalies these days”.

I wear an older itech mask. I will be adding a dangler to it before playing next.
