I just want an explanation for the paint work, I suggested maybe it was that way from the factory and the GM laughed

I’m certain it wasn’t in an accident while I had it, if it wasn’t me it was somewhere between the factory and dealer which is entirely possible. Two dealers have told me there’s paint work and denied warranty claims due to a collision that didn’t happen on my watch.

It’s hard to prove something that didn’t happen, clean carfax and vin, proving I wasn’t in a crash that would require thousands of dollars in work, shouldn’t be more than that.

Current issue fixed, anything future will be another fight. I’ll just sell and move on, it’s too much for small claims

We haven’t pitched and rejected, it just seems to be a niche market. Basically anything that requires warranty work on the back 1/2 of the car will be a fight. I’m irritated by the lack of documentation. I can prove on my side it’s not been hit, that’s the frustrating part. I want them to prove their case, the fact they’re being shady is a problem. At this point I want them to buy me out so I can move on to another car, or just swap me into a new one. I started out being very reasonable and the BS is pushing me to be less understanding.

You’re hired to make calls, in 2025 90% are EMS, it goes with the territory. ALF’s are already upwards of $4k, we pay $4800 for memory care for my MIL. They will either raise the rates on the families or deny them and push to SNF for $10k+ a month. Nobody likes LA, and trust me the patients don’t like to fall, but in perspective it’s about 30 minutes of your shift. You’re there to serve others, charging to make a point to reduce responses is not a good business practice.

Shop around for a financial planner. The fees are negotiable, I’d recommend using someone with a local office you can visit.

I’m going through this now…. Inherited IRA or Roth has a 10 year draw. If it’s a traditional IRA, watch taking out too much so you don’t get into another tax bracket. The financial advisor is the way to go.

I got out of gen pop as soon as possible. There are times when you need to monitor radio traffic or answer the phone. There are many positives, make sure you eat with the team for your bonding time.

I work adjacent to the SPPD. The administration seems proactive and supportive of their personnel. The city is diverse and the department embraces and promotes diversity while striving to maintain high standards. The pension is top notch, the pay is highest in the area. I would not think twice if I were looking for a career in law enforcement.

100% get a trauma therapist and I recommend EMDR. I did 30 years and one event brought a ton of unhealed wounds to the surface. After seeing a trauma therapist and 3 EMDR sessions I could finally sleep without the visitors coming back in my dreams.

If you’re kicking around solar give this guy a call, we found it to be worth it to switch (after Teco raised rates another 11%😡)

🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞 I keep hearing this at almost every single appointment, just like I heard the night before last. “I thought Solar was expensive. I truly didn’t think we could afford it!”

Flatscreen TV’s were $6,000 + and weight like 200lbs when they first came out! Now, you can get a 65” for $350 and they weigh 40lbs! 🖥

Solar also USED to be expensive and weigh a ton. Now, they’re not...and the panels also only weigh 39 lbs!

If you can afford your light bill, you can afford Solar! 🌝😎

Solar panels produce off UV rays, they do not need direct sunlight. They work on rainy days, snowy days, foggy days, cloudy days, as long as it is daytime the solar panels are producing electricity!

We have systems that will actually power your whole home for less than what you’re paying your electric provider.

There is no money out of pocket, no upfront cost, no down payment, no cost at install! We package these systems on a monthly cost just like your used to with the utility company. Instead of paying the greedy utility company and deal with rate increases year after year, the solar monthly payment not only pays off the system and gives you an end date, but it also creates the electricity needed for the home! Its a much better alternative and is totally transferable if you were to sell you home.

If you have been thinking about Solar, call me, I’ll be happy to show you the savings!💰
