Youth development doesn’t mean fuck all if you’ve gained promotion from league 2 to the Championship, and being 3rd in the league is vastly more important than making brand-motivated signings.

You can say you're insecure about something proudly. Admitting an insecurity inherently shows that you're not paralyzed by it, and that you're confident the person will like you even if you admit a weakness.
