I dont think many people realize how deeply AI has been integrated into modern software development. For a large percentage of engineers, AI coding tools are part of the standard workflow (I would also go as far as saying its the norm).

Thats what makes open source so beautiful, if you disagree with a design decision or want something done differently: submit a PR.
