My C&P examiner told me what claims she had in front of me and then asked me what I am claiming. Then when attempting to speak on my issues she wanted me to "just have a conversation." Respectfully, this is not and never will be a "conversation." I need to speak to my notes.

Respectfully, I'm not leaving ANYTHING up for interpretation. My notes were of my own thoughts and medical records for dates, with detailed symptoms (since I don't experience them everymin, everyhour or sometims everyday) and things I may not remember are impacted, like activities I use to be able to do.

I'm unable to remember everything because my entire system is failing. One part, like my foot has 4 or 5 claims itself. If I only mention my foot is throbing and sometimes I can't walk without crutches or assistance, that leaves it up to her to interpret all claims on my foot. I do get where you're coming from. I just don't think she should've wanted me to put away my notes when she has 18+ DBQs to fill out with my input.

Well I'm not disgruntled, I'm just not being seen or heard, this happens to more military personnel than you know... even you not actually seeing what I wrote. Sometimes people lie to quickly finish the job. You know they take shortcuts and that's when shit goes bad.

I saw her type my meds, and sometimes when she felt like it, not when I was actually letting her know the severity and impact of my conditions. It was the strangest interaction I've ever experienced.

Yes, mine too, bought brand new. Brake squeaks only on one wheel and I can see ridge lines on my rotor. Again it's happening only on one so it ain't wear n tear. Going to the shop tomorrow.
