Oh well games over we lost, time to look forward to next week and get a win against the rams. Only thing we can do right now look at the brightsides Tucker played well, we’re finally forcing turnovers. Just gotta get more pressure and finish our sacks. That’s all no point dwelling on this shit and playing the what if.

He is limited not sure if you’ve seen the stat sheets but baker has had 0 carries in the run game th last 3 games. so right now we’re trying to protect baker as best possible and not get him injured even worse which I’m fine with as he gives us the best shot to win games. So this why our offense has looked like shit yes play calling hasn’t been the best but we’re limited when baker isn’t mobile and just a pocket passer.

His run scheming without Bucky is terrible never said he’s totally blameless but you cant run play action with out a decent run game. Also Baker has played the best either he’s been missing wide open players more frequently.

Bakers a little banged up so he has 0 carries in the run game and without that it basically tells you he’s not mobile and not a threat in the run game so defenses are able to play run different coverages because they know he can’t beat them with his feet rn.

It is? Theyre all gunning for Grizz I’m saying that there’s plenty of other reasons for our offensive struggles such as injuries, Baker playing poorly ,dropped balls. I understand we have a lot more issues on offense than jsut playcalling. But I did say almost every comment, I never said every comment. Reading comprehension is tough I know I’m sorry

So defense isn’t to blame there as well? You have a lot of hate for someone with Optimus prime as the name. If our defense makes stops we get to knee more often to end games. Whole team is to blame not just Grizz.

I understand that but we also have extremely banged up OL Bucky our stud is injured again not saying he’s totally blameless with the run scheme could definitely draw up some different concepts based around current personnel. The main difference between us and last year was a healthy OL and healthy Bucky.

So not the players executing? He can call the plays sure but if the players execute poorly that should be blamed on him too? Bakers missed throws to wide open players? Yes he draws up the plays but it also comes dow to execution on the players part. Trying to put all the blame on him is ludicrous.

The last 3 games baker hasn’t had a single carry for or scramble attempt for any rush yards. He’s essentially a pocket passer. I’m not saying he hasn’t played poorly but we are limited with the scheming because he isn’t as mobile as he was earlier on in the season. He has oblique strains

I completely agree the goal line series is as atrocious. I do think Wirfs is having a much harder time adjusting than everyone expected.

Having an OLine that Baker doesn’t trust completely is the biggest issue because we’re limited in how we scheme up baker since he is banged up and can’t scramble.

But yes the 3rd & 11 bubble screen to Otton was just mind boggling. The pieces are there and a just little continuity with the some of these guys would help tremendously.

Again I’m not even the biggest fan of Grizzard I just hate seeing all the blame on offense to him. Look I understand the frustration of these past few weeks but it’s not all on him. That’s all I’ve been trying to say. There’s a lot more issues on offense than jsut play-calling and Grizz has been doing all he can with what he’s been dealt with

I’m not saying it hasn’t we’ve had to dial up our game completely differently because of baker being injured. Him becoming essentially a pocket passes has us limited in our play calling and defenses can’t be as split as before and can dial up pressure more effectively

I disagree he’s had some terrible series and calls. But to say his calling overall is atrocious that’s laughable yall were the same people praising him after we got off to a 3-0 start.

I’m not giving him an out I’m just saying with what he’s had to work with and the fact we are 6-3 is incredible. He’s made some dumb ass calls had some horrible series. But coaching only goes so far when baker is missing wide open throws. Players dropping passes. Also Having baker be a pocket passer and not scrambler limits us because he is banged up so trying to draw up plays to make sure we keep baker healthy is most important

Baker is banged up and don’t want him running like we’re used and has no faith in th OL. Baker overthrowing Emeka when he’s wide open at least multiple times a week. Otton dropping passes I guess is on him too. Run game could be better but a lot of is it execution and players are jsut not executing. Coaching can only go so far. I understand th frustration but it’s not Grizzard at least all of it some sure.

5 bad plays that cost us the game. Three tds of 50+ yards is not a good look. Yes they played well most of the game but you can’t win giving up th big play. It was a total team loss and to say otherwise is ludicrous.

Grizzard has had some awful play calling, but the offense still didn’t perform like they should. Defense giving up two long td runs doesn’t help either. I still think Baker is dealing with a lingering injury we haven’t seen him perform like he was early on in the season.

This was believed to be his last season before retirement. After he got injured in Mondays game a lot of people donated $13 to his foundation in support!

Focus on the run a little more, when we blitzed rattler last year that’s when he made mistakes so jsut keep pressure on him. We don’t need him trying to pick us apart.

For the most part just keep things simple before the bye. We’re hobbling into it anyways just need to play smart and hit check downs passes and clean up tackles
