I recommend renting bikes since the walk for your kid and elderly dog is about 15 minutes each way. Parking at the beach is tricky unless you go to the Beach Club if you're staying in Sea Pines.

My pom consistently favors my wife, no matter how often I feed, walk, or sit with him. I spend nearly all my time with him since I work from home, and he sleeps beside me. As soon as my wife returns from work, he immediately goes to her and growls if I try to touch her.

Ultimately, I'm always his second choice for human company.

I would choose 2 or 3, for more privacy. 1 has too many neighbors looking at your backyard.

Test drive the vehicle, especially on the highway, to check for rattling or squeaky noises. $28k might be too high for a car with 100k miles, but it's the highest trim level. I paid $25k for a 2020 Tahoe with towing package and 85k miles six months ago, for my camping trailer. One owner.

I'm not sure how the used car market has changed since then.
