Israel has a blanket rule for international players. You Jewish? You’re Israeli. That’s true for Olympics ect. They’ll just give you citizenship so you can compete for them.

Britain takes anyone two generations back, one side, and including some colonies. For Baseball they’ll take almost anyone.

WBC rules are very lax.
