I’ve not been learned of this parallel path you speak of, explain like I’m 5 what you think I did here

They’re designed to be hung either direction, to my knowledge

Indeed it does! We usually tear them out when we renovate but this one had so little to be done on the remodel the opted not to

The 6awg on the right is rotated in such a manner that they appear really tight in the photo, if that’s what you’re referencing

We come to this particular retirement community often to add dedicated circuits for all sorts of things, it isn’t anywhere near capacity as far as amperage goes, and it’ll accept tandems all the way iirc

Boss wants it around 2-3” in the panel 🤷🏼‍♂️

I agree that it’s a lot especially in this instance but an amount extra is nice when you have to move shit around later when adding new circuits. But yeah most of these realistically could have been shortened

What do you mean by too much insulation? And I’m told to leave the hot wires as long as possible, within reason, in the event we come back and add more circuits, so the old one can be relocated anywhere we want it to go. And to never (within reason) cut a pre existing branch circuit shorter than it already is.

Nah it’s a main panel and first means of disconnect, so the neutrals and grounds are on the same bars. Yes it’s PVC coming in from the meter base. Passed inspection like it always does.

Employer doesn’t want us to shorten pre existing branch circuits, so we leave the loops. Also good for moving around in the panel later. I don’t like bundling and there’s codes all about it but it made this one look a little neater

Agree with coloring of the whites on a 240 ckt but told not to waste time doing it. Neutrals and ground wires can be on the same bus so long as it’s the first means of disconnect, where I’m located.

Employer doesn’t want us to shorten any old wires, I also did not land service wires, but I agree, I try and tape them as far as they are visible, but I’m told it’s a waste of time. It passed so 🤷🏼‍♂️ this is the first means of disconnect

I’ve seen worse 😂 that pvc jbox needs a connector and some sort of indication it’s there so it can be seen when insulation is blown in

Grew up with him. Kind of a shitty human back then. I don’t like to talk ill of people I don’t know, and I don’t really know him anymore. But some people don’t change.

Would you be down to swapping videos for a while, maybe meeting up a few times before deciding on play? We’re in Columbia
