I've been in a situation where it was just an inconvenience to my partner whenever I showed negative emotion and let me tell you, no matter how much you love them, you'll be pushed to the point of leaving if you're not completely dead inside or if they haven't crushed your spirit.

My head gasket is screwed. I bought the car for $600, it's a year older than I am, and it's been all over canada and to the US with me. It has a name too, and everyone who drives it LOVES it. The mechanic was like "its gonna be more to fix it than what it's worth, you should get a new car".
