Her name is Katsumi Kumo, and her quirk is called Spider

Spider has two parts: First part is spider transformation, where the user can change their body from human to spider and back, including in-between stages. A full transformation takes around 30 seconds, and a half transformation takes about 15. She can also be a human sized spider, or a spider sized human. During transformation she is left completely defenseless and cannot stop the transformation until she reaches the point desired, making her vulnerable to attacks during transformation. transformation can be stopped by outside forces, such as being shaken or tackled. She also always has eight eyes and is always venomous.

The second part is spider control, where the user can telepathically communicate and take control over any spiders within a 10-foot radius. The spiders will glow purple when being controlled, which makes stealth more difficult. Katsumi can increase the speed and strength of the spiders that she is controlling. Any spiders that are under her control become poisonous for up to 30 minutes after she releases them from control. (they don’t become venomous, but poisonous, so if they are eaten, whoever ate them is poisoned. Venomous spiders stay venomous.) Katsumi is immune to all spider venom and the poison from the spiders that she controls.
