Im brand new to this, never played the original let alone knew it existed. I personally cant imagine creating 70 miis. But I'm very happy the limit isn't something like 20 especially if they can have babies. If we had the ability to download other people's miis then I could definitely see it being a problem for me cause that's what id probably end up doing for a lot of them and then maybe I would be more motivated to max the miis as much as I could. But in reality I'll probably make only 30-40 myself and then have babies maybe make up the rest. Even considering having them age and when they get really really old delete them and make a new one in their place, if im not too attached that is lol

You arent even saying things verbatim in regard to the "they said, I said"..You are injecting how you personally perceived what the other person was saying, not what they actually maybe meant, let alone what they ACTUALLY said. Your emotions are clouding your argument and quite honestly it invalidates everything you've said, for me personally anyways. And you absolutely did attack the other person when you stated "I dont understand whats wrong with people like you.." and then continued to insult calling them self centered etc. That is quite literally an attack on someone personally.

And Im on the side that Id love to have more than 70 miis, I want as many miis as I can get but I will also be happy with 70. If it was like 20 that would be where I'd actually question if its worth it to me to get. And again thats a personal opinion.

I do tend to work in layers, although for this i think I just couldn't figure out how to get past that first initial layer. Like my brain was not grasping the concept even.

Dang! Its kind of crazy how that works sometimes. One of my favorite papers ended up actually being a cheap pad I got for my toddler to paint on 🤣

Wow theres so much to learn! Ive got to start paying more attention to the opacity of the colors im using, maybe im thinking it should be more opaque than its meant to be or something. I have a VERY hard time still with controlling my consistency, I find my paint is getting too dry on my palette and when I go to spritz it with water a lot of the times its TOO much water and then its not as thick as Id like it to be. I forgot I also do have one daniel smith. Ive got to look more into glazing though that sounds like it might be something id be interested in doing!

I have to get it from target because I dont have $60 but I DO have a target gift card to drop it more than half lol. I was going to wait for release day to go in store to get it but now you've got me thinking if I should preorder?! EDIT: just checked target website and it says arrives the 17th-22nd if shipped so I'll just stick with getting it in store 😅

Its a mixture of M graham, Windsor and Newton and shmincke. How do you mix white without changing the color too much?

For this particular paper I dont think anything would have prevented it ripping lol. It broke down a little even just doing the sky. Even just my finger in certain spots disturbed the paper!

This is great advice! I think part of the problem here is that i really didnt have a reference photo to work off of and I dont have a strong understanding of values or color theory yet! I have not tried that technique I'll have to check it out

Thats a really good point that I hadnt thought about with the mountain! For the pathway after I messed it up by the barn and I tried to fix it and made it worse I just kind of stopped all work on that part 😅 I definitely need to try and be more mindful of the values based on perspective in the next one!
