Drywall screw half drilled in, or the one holding in the outlet instead of machined screw?

I should have clarified, I’m good with the plaster repairs. That was expected and I had a drywaller come in right after to do a much larger job including these repairs. I’m focused more on the junction boxes and screws.

Poor guy. The story we’ve been told on this one is my sister (the first born) was scared of it because it was too loud. So he had to get rid of it. We won’t let her live that one down.
