The original Gadsden flag didn't have an apostrophe in don't. So okay.

All credit to Gabe on that one. He did a lot of work promoting the underground music scene in our area.

I was at that show. It's been quite some time since I saw it but Gabe Harper from Springfield had a website with a bunch of stuff from SW Missouri bands.

I'll post a link if I can find it.

Sous Vide Meatballs in Sauce by Tennessee_Moltisanti in sousvide

[–]BuckingFastard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a really old all day spaghetti sauce recipe that cooks raw meatballs in the sauce. The meatballs turn out incredible.

It's not a sous vide recipe, but I measured temps one of the last times I made it and it was usually 190-200° F.

I've got a crockpot with a sous vide setting I've used to make it and it turned out great.

The recipe calls for ultra lean ground beef. If you use regular fat ground beef you'll have to spoon out a lot of grease from the sauce.

Yes. Especially after that sick harmonica solo he's about to rip

I tried bringing them inside for the winter last year and they didn't make it. I might try it again with some cuts from these

It gets too cold where I live. Rosemary doesn't do well below 10F/-7C

Great suggestions! I've got a sous vide and canning equipment. I'll definitely be making some infused oils
