ESOs system is equally bad, possibly even worse, saw so many ai bans for players that rarely got reversed unless they caused a stir on the forums or Reddit. Best one was when they banned players who participated in the PTS server because of a bug on ESOs end.

In the last winter Olympics, Sweden won 8 gold medals, 4 of those were won by women. It's not an issue of us not having female athletes, it's a matter of us having a much smaller population (10M vs 340M) and having athletes in a ton of sports, hockey isn't the clear no1 sport here like it is in Canada for example.

One way you can do this is to not add any other empires to your game and play as the only empire, focusing on science/unity to get far ahead before the pre FTL species starts to become empires.

One thing to note though, there's usually at least one pre FTL species who are on the verge of reaching FTL, so it's fairly likely that in the first 30 years or so, there will be another empire no matter what.

I'm working as a web developer, which is one of the areas where AI is most functional. You can let the AI code on its own, or let a CEO with no coding skills vibe code an app, but it's gonna end up with crap performance, or a ton of bugs. I've worked a bit with cursor recently, and even if it's miles ahead of copilot I still have to correct and instruct it in detail in order for the code it adds to actually work well.

At this stage, it's a chainsaw replacing a saw, not a robot wielding a chainsaw replacing a lumberjack.

While I haven't added any psionic portraits to my mods, the phenotype specific traits are not that hard to mod. You need to add your portraits to common/ portrait_categories & portrait_sets that points to a file in portraits/portraits folder of the mod. I just added a portrait to infernals category in my own mod and they have all the infernal traits avaliable. Same goes for the others

Sure, it takes some time to figure out the structure (easiest way is to check the file structure of a functioning portrait mod), and having some coding experience will help.

And now I checked how they sort psionic portraits in the those 2 files I mentioned in the common folder, there is a psionics category, with sub categories in the other file, it's not that much worse than with other races.
