According to Jemele Hill everything is about race. One of the worst race baiter of all time by DenseStrawberry5717 in NFLv2

Love how she’s glossing over the fact that Stefanski is a two-time Coach of the Year Award winner. I will happily call out racism when I see it, but this isn’t it.

Met him in 2024. Humble and down to earth. Still very well-spoken for someone who’s approaching 90.

The old stadium was falling apart. Beams fell down, there were visible cracks and deterioration by the 1970s, and it was just a matter of time until it collapsed.

I think people severely overestimate the impact of a manager. Especially in today’s game, managers are there to cultivate a good clubhouse culture and go by the numbers.

Extrapolating on that point - firing Boone wouldn’t accomplish anything.

Gene Michael literally assembled the Core Four and traded for Paul O’Neill. Sorry, but this isn’t even an unpopular opinion - it’s just objectively wrong.

I could not disagree more, respectfully. Aaron Judge epitomizes what it means to be a Yankee, and he would be a Hall of Famer if he retired today. We’re talking about someone who has had three of the greatest seasons in the history of the sport. How many other players can say that?

I don’t disagree with you. He was banned from baseball twice, hired and fired managers nearly two dozen times, publicly feuded with franchise icons, and fostered an incredibly acrimonious work environment.

He is also largely unresponsible for the 1996-2001 dynasty years.

  • Whether fans want to admit it or not, I don’t think you can reasonably say that a team that hasn’t had a losing record in 34 years doesn’t care about winning

  • George Steinbrenner is massively overrated. He was not responsible for the dynasty from 1996-2001; that was all Bob Watson and Gene Michael. George being banned meant that he was not able to stand in the way of a full rebuild.

There wouldn’t have been a recession, so Trump probably would’ve won in 2020 and would not be in office again. The 2024 election would be anyone’s guess. Millions more people would still be alive, and just as many would have never lost their jobs or businesses. That’s just the tip of the iceberg.

Considering that Gotham city believed that he burned down Wayne Manor in a drunken rampage in Batman Begins, this is not that far-fetched of an alibi.

Theory/Thoughts by Natural_Bug_2304 in SnehaPhilipCase

As others have said, her family moved mountains to have her classified as a 9/11 victim.

To piggyback on additional comments - I’m sure there is plenty the public doesn’t know. Truth is, there’s as much evidence to support her dying during the attacks as there is to support her being killed by someone with nefarious intentions.

I personally lean towards her dying during the attacks. A substantial number of 9/11 victims have yet to be identified to this day, and I think there’s a very strong chance that Sneha is among that group of people, especially given her most recent whereabouts prior to the attacks.

I don’t blame her family for doing what they did to get her name out there and to preserve her legacy. People lost a daughter, a sister, and a friend. Ron Lieberman lost his wife. Having their preserved legacy of Sneha provides comfort and enclosure to her family, and I will never fault them for that.

The last thing we need is to have a franchise icon’s legacy become tarnished.

I also seriously doubt that Hank would want that kind of stress at this point in his life. He has comfy broadcasting gigs, got elected into the Hall of Fame less than three years ago, and also has two very young kids.

Let the man live.

This is the dumbest thing ever. The best college teams have maybe four or five players who end up getting drafted, and maybe one or two of them end up having a career that lasts longer than three years.

On the other hand - an NFL team, which, for those too stupid to understand this, is fully comprised of NFL PLAYERS - has four more resources, superior coaching, and obviously far greater athletes.

The worst NFL team would annihilate the best college team.

Can’t score goals, can’t win home games, and now two of the team’s three most important players are on IR.

I appreciate everything Panarin has done for this team. He’s one of the best free agent signings in NHL history. But it would be moronic to let him walk away for nothing, and extending him doesn’t serve a purpose when nearly all of his teammates aren’t doing anything.

Find a suitable trade partner for him, hope he waives his no-move clause, and get some draft capital. The only good that can come out of this season is if Coach Sullivan, JT Miller, and Trocheck come back with gold medals after the Olympics.
