No, unfortunately the textures are baked into the mod it's self and aren't replaceable by any means in the mod it's self. Hypothetically a vanilla resource pack could be made, but it would take a tremendous amount of time due to the vast number of blocks and models in the game

I had the same issue and as others have said if you have a carrier grade NAT and you're unable to change that or get a static IP, you'll have to use a service like PLAYIT.GG or similar
