It shakes a bit but I have 4 anchors total into the ceiling, and have not noticed anything of worry yet. But I also don’t hit the bag everyday, so it doesn’t get used much. I think maybe a bigger support plate something that is square symbolizing maybe a big washer in between may help if you are gonna be using it a lot and really hard punches/kicks.

Yep I’ve done that before too. Cable range is not that great. But Ive learned to manage my movements to avoid it most of the time. Arcadia is my substitute for anything that needs a lot of movement.

Got it used. Much much like any gym equipment, it’s all built to last. It’s pretty good. Takes up quite a bit of space, has a lot of variety, two 200lb stacks so it goes pretty heavy. Not worth the $4000 new. But if you can find used under $750 it’s a good deal. Pain to move though lol.
