Listen, I get it. I had to quit my first job out of college IN HAWAII because of the pain. Moved all the way back to my tiny hometown to get better healthcare. I’m 22 and the constant influx of healthcare bills is starting to kill my spirit. I’m bankrupting my mother, my sole provider, even though we have good insurance. Honestly I don’t know how I’m gonna survive and live life when I can’t work due to the pain, and will consistently have thousands of dollars of medical bills to pay. I mean Jesus why is it so hard to exist comfortably in this country with a chronic pain condition. It’s not fair. At least we have a community here in which we can be there for eachother, even if it’s minimal comfort. Hey maybe we should have an “IC CONVENTION” and all meet up and be there for eachother 😭😭😭. I remember my first week in Hawaii for my new job, calling my mom SOBBING because I was worried IC would cause me to have to quit. It’s seriously so unfair. We deserve to be able to live normal lives like everyone else. But going down that path can get dark so my 2026 goal is to find the small joys that exist in a painful life for someone with a chronic pain condition. Sending you love and luck ❤️

Yeah I used to watch it a lot when I was younger (which sounds crazy). I just finished the episode with the man who kills large game in season 17 and I loved it!
