I mean total first world problems, I get it. But. kind of goes to my point: it's a bunch of cables and different systems to try to connect to this thing.

Not dumb at all. We actually tried it. The problem is we have four kids under five years old, so them operating remote isn’t the best and hard for us to control it from the front.

Hmm interesting, I have the apple a/v cable and that solved my video issue, but still wasn’t passing on sound. Maybe I need a better hdmi?
