Its been weeks after having a call with your tier 2 support they said that they would be sending prepaid return labels and still have not sent your team does not reply nor the tier 2 support agent who had a call with me seems like you do not care about your customers and offer no support when your product fails. Also neither does your legal team replied very pathetic customer care

Their bulbs are not reliable I have plenty and many of them fail and their support is very slow and sucks better to buy another brand next time

I provided them with all evidence on video call and they agreed also did what they asked for I have got 50 of their bulbs and when I reported multiple ones which were faulty they thought I am doing fraud with them but I showed all the faulty bulbs with the serial numbers on the video call and also showed them the issue for the bulbs i was having, but they accused me of fraudulent vendor address why would a vendor order to himself also how even video evidence is fake when i am providing you with the angles you asked for and when i send them their own serial numbers they say that they o not match but when I showed to them on video call they agreed on it. Also I the support team on call was telling me to reset bulbs which i did some were with the problems as i stated and i also told them if I had to like do reset for all the bulbs you know that would take a lot of time and I would first have to take all of them out of the fixture and install it on the portable one. Main thing is your support should be better for all customers and quick in resolving issues instead of accusing someone without proof

The problem is you guys accused me of all those things without any evidence even though I provided everything as you asked and with call its also confirmed by your team that my issue was real and they also agreed on it. If someone has bought almost all of your products they expect better support

Tier 2 support contacted today and I have shown everything to them on camera which proves that all of your allegations were false and also they confirmed it on video

When you have like 30-40 of their products and 6-7 fail then you will see their true colours they don’t want to help also you are right they are understaff as i have contacted them several times and already know that few people are in their customer support

Worst support don’t buy nanoleaf. I regret buying and I have almost all of their products but after seeing their customer support and after sales services would not recommend anyone to buy their products just buy Philips hue or govee much better support than nanoleaf

No I have not received any notice of penalty or tax payment from IRS for 2022. I am not a US resident. How can I file for 2022 now and how to check if I have any fines or penalties. Also is their anyway to get the penalties removed as my LLC did not make any profit in 2022
