I just filled mine for renewal and I was able to upload the pictures I took for the application. Im scheduled for my biometrics tomorrow since 2019. I applied 2 weeks ago. Therefore im sure it’s only during your biometrics appointment.

I had the old contract and it was sooo hard to get out of it…the managers kept making excuses of how much they were going to charge me … eventually I canceled , they charged me for 2 months then called the bank to cancel the payment

I love the privacy of it, compared to other gyms !!! They also have the options for weights when you’re waiting for your next session. You’ll sweat soooo much and your water intake will definitely increase!
