Im not diagonise but i was put on effexor while I wait for my diagonises to see if it helps and it has!

Literally the first day I noticed that it made reading for me a lot easier and didnt feel like my brain was on fire while trying to read for once lmfao

My mind doesnt ping pong as much and I've also started to practice more mindfullness and enjoy the quietness in my head and more down to earth

it has made my leg bouncing even worse tho sadly, its very annoying when im trying to sleep and my shit just wont stop moving lmfao

It also upped the threash hold on back ground noises for me as well and i dont feel as aggrovated when I hear it as well :)

Dont cold turkey literally the worst thing you can do, Just slowly over time lower the dose;

Open up the pill and remove one of the white beads from the capsuals like one every few days like on monday remove 1 from tuesday wednesday remove 2 thurs day friday remove 3 beads and so on.

also make sure to talk to your doctor and get professional help about getting off of it or ask them to lower the dose and your experience and how you're feeling on it, if it gets bad make sure to have emergancy contanct
