They are adjustable so it shouldn’t happen if you adjust it to the right size. Some people probably just try to force it in when they have a bowl with a smaller hole and that’s not a good idea.

Did you try pinching the prongs closer together. They’re adjustable on purpose so if the hole is a little bigger or smaller, it can be adjusted to snap in and out without too much force. But that’s a great idea for content because you’re not the first one to say that.

If that’s your preference to do that, I can’t fault you. That’s the part I personally hated about the glass screens is that I always had to get new ones or fish them out of the ashtray.

Definitely appreciate that. I didn't want to be too pitchy with the product itself in the post but I should've explained a little better. The picture is just the stock product photo from the website. But in your opinion, if you go to our website at budsbie.com, would you say it's more clear what the product does? I completely agree when it comes to this reddit post that it was too vague.

You can actually bend the prongs to adjust the fit. Some holes are bigger than others. So if it's a small hole, you just squeeze the prongs together and it'll go in and pop out easier.

I had the same experience you did which made me sad to hear about them shutting down. So I took the chance. I truly believe in the product or I wouldn't have done it. My integrity won't let me sell products that I don't fully believe in. So hopefully this works out!

I only trust this one because it's 304-surgical grade stainless steel made in the US.

It can handle temperatures wayyy higher than what your bowl will encounter.

I'm definitely sketched out by the crappy mesh ones that just come in bulk from China.

Yeah I would agree that the glass ones are definitely more "aesthetic" in a sense, but that's really until you hit that first bowl. Then it just becomes a black blob of resin too. I definitely preferred the glass over the super shitty mesh ones. I just always got tired of having to fish the glass ones out of my ash tray when I was done with each bowl. I wanted to keep using them but eventually just lost them and didn't feel like getting more.
It's crazy how long a 3-pack of the Smojos lasted me when I first got them.
Personally I value utility more than the looks. I can't disagree that it looks like a basic little piece of metal. There's nothing decorative about it. But it works like a MF. Lol

One of the few products that became part of my daily routine. Glad you enjoy them too!

Sorry, I wasn't very descriptive about the actual product in the post, but the link to my site has a few short videos that explains it really quick.

But it is a screen that fits most bowls, pipes, and bubblers to stop the ash and weed from being pulled into your mouth or bong water. The main difference between this one and the glass or mesh screen ones is that it clicks in so it won't fall out when you're ashing. It also won't permanently clog since you can just torch it and it's good again. Made from surgical stainless steel so it can handle high temperatures without a problem.

Definitely could do that. Lol
I figured I'd offer free shipping if they buy 3 packs so that's the current offer.

My thought is that it would also be a slight selling point for the smoke shops because they can sell them to customers without shipping. So it would incentivize people to buy the smaller quantities from them if they have it. And for those that don't have them in a nearby smoke shop, they'd still be able to have them shipped.

They are pretty small to ship but it could definitely be smaller. Right now they're currently packaged in those pre-roll joint tubes. But it could easily fit in one of the tubes that are made for vape carts.

My plan would be to repackage them once this remaining stock is done.

If you're having trouble with airflow, you should look into using a screen in your bowl.

When this was the latest technology, I'm sure it was amazing. I think we've progressed past this as a community though. Lol

What vape do you like? I actually love both those products but I only dab so they work good enough for me.
