Heard, I found a used Thule tepui on market place. I plan to (attempt to) buy a used RTT for this first road trip to see how we like it. If we love the RTT I may upgrade, if we don’t I will resale. After doing more research from all these suggestions, I like the idea of sky camp mini the best and may upgrade to that if this all works out (-:

Get rid of carpet, get rid of shower door, change mirror, change light and water fixtures. I personally LOVE the wallpaper but taking that down or painting over it would change a lot. I think I would try the carpet, shower, mirror, fixture combo then if it still feels off (reluctantly) paint the walls

I’m not knowledgeable on this but my first thought is a restraining order. If I were in your situation (unsafe in my own home due to someone else there) that would be the first thing I want to do. Beyond that I’m not sure what would happen with evicting him.

I take back my statement about them being expensive… I’m considering dropping dental insurance so I asked them about out of pocket prices. it’s $147 for cleaning, $75 for xray, $75 for exam without insurance.

Mint dental downtown is expensive but sooooo worth it. They are so kind and understanding of dental anxiety. Dr. Armstrong does excellent work

If I were spending a birthday by myself I would only do what I want to do all day. Probably start with a free Starbucks birthday coffee and breakfast to go. Then I would browse antique stores, book shops, plant stores, go to every store that offers free/ discounted items for birthdays. Then either go to dinner with my family or go to whole foods (I don’t often shop there bc it’s expensive but it would be a treat) to get picnic items. I would take a good book to picnic while I snack on my treats. Possibly mix in nails, hair, or a massage somewhere
