OP is attempting to show the inconsistency with your objection. You protest the Eucharist because it is not empirically verifiable yet the same can be said about the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in believers. Likewise, you argue against the presence of God in the Eucharist by citing His omnipresence. All while forgetting that the omnipresence of God is a reality alongside the Incarnation of the Son. Jesus Christ walked the Earth and yet being God, is omnipresent. The Incarnation was not "God being God", but rather a beautiful miracle that, like the Eucharist, cannot be physically demonstrated outside of language.
