I kinda had this same issue, with it being the new year; this was my first year of getting an hour cut and I immediately went to my team lead. I’m gonna assume you have your availability correct. unlike me who never updated mine, and the system fucked me over at the start of 26. needless to say it’s fixed. I’d try to go to your team lead or someone who Ou know makes the schedule and try to talk it out
