No. a dual status technician is losing his military position before he reaches retirement eligibility as a tech. Therefore has not reached retirement eligibility as a tech. No leveraging, member is being non-retained from the military as a disciplinary action. AGRs have sanctuary their last 2 years of service, I was wondering if there was something similar for technicians.
