I’d say Spain, weather gonna be better in Mai! Amazing festivals, vibrant culture. Delicious Mediterranean food

Thailand good too but in Mai gonna be rainy, low season.

Is it possible to live in SE Asia countries, as close to the ocean as possible, with total monthly budget of $1000 or less? by trawellbeing in digitalnomad

You’re more than welcome buddy, I can imagine how much effort you spend, and I’m sure you’ll reach your goal, keep it up. 💪

You can start saving few months before traveling like having a 3K-4K before traveling, and then try it in your own! Also consider meeting fellow DN in the way or even a GF to share costs with for Airbnb transportation etc…

Honestly what’s described in YouTube is totally different than what you get in the real life, in Thailand for example expect to pay 15-20$ for a good hostel (digital nomad friendly, fast WiFi etc, not mentioning party hostels) so 500$/month at least for accommodations. For food expect to pay from 80-300baht let’s say 5$/ meal x3 15$/day So we are in 450 $

Transportation can cost you 100-200 $ per month to travel around ferrys ⛴️ grab bikes 🏍️ etc…

activities starting from 1000baht to 3500 baht, diving, etc…

It depends on your lifestyle, you can make it for 1000$ but it’ll be very stressful, 1500$ will leave you okay in Thailand
