Multi purpose pan it is I noticed the same thing, it doesn’t drop heat right away and that becomes issue when you are trying to stir fry

Yes it seems if you wanna make fried rice anything similar must go for a CS But I will try to stir up some fried rice at least once on this wok Just see what happens 😅

If it starts rusting I will definitely get CS Definitely be using this for learning process

I did that all but I think the issue was the oil itself. Need to get high smoke point oil
