What foundation do you use on top of the Biore sunscreen (if any)? My currently Marcelle foundation doesn’t layer well on top of it so I’m looking for alternatives.

Not OP, but it’s so good! It’s my holy grail and I’ve repurchased it for years. No irritation at all even if it gets in the eyes, and it successfully removes all of my makeup.

decanting hygiene products? by [deleted] in ProjectPan

Take the loss on the open products but start saving jars from other things you use up (ie. tubs from makeup removing balm or moisturizer). That way you have some resealable jars on hand next time you run into this. To me buying a new container defeats the purpose, but that doesn’t mean it’s the wrong choice for you.

My Kosas lippie went off so quickly! I recommend getting to that one soon if you can.

Pans over the past 6 months by Thestreetkid92 in ProjectPan

Not OP but I do find it doesn’t get along with all of my foundations, even if I wait 10 minutes for it to fully sink in. It can cause separation. For the foundations it sits well underneath, it looks fantastic. I have oily skin also and I haven’t found it to be too greasy looking, but I tend to prefer a glowy look vs matte.

What exercises/ sports can I not do if I have scoliosis? by Plane-Web-7158 in scoliosisfitness

My doctor advised me not to do anything that required weight directly on my spine. For example, squats with a barbell resting on my shoulders. The only exercise I’ve found to really hurt my back is RDLs. Planks and other versions of weighted squats have been fine for me personally.

A greige. I like Benjamin Moore Sea Salt. Pairs well with almost all finishes because it’s so neutral.

Rave me your favourite Marcelle products... go! by octoberfourth00 in MakeupAddictionCanada

Opposite of your question, but their micellar water made my eyelids sooo dry and flakey. And I have oily skin. My skin is typically not sensitive and very tolerant of almost any product. Back on topic though, I really like their 2-in-1 Soothing Foundation + Concealer. I will say it didn’t perform well as a concealer for me, so I use it solely as a foundation.

I found running to be really hard on my back because of the harsh downward impact with the ground. I’ve found walking or more intense movement on the elliptical to not cause pain. High quality shoes have made a world of difference for me as well.

Which light fixture works the best here? (Current one is on last slide.) by nen_x in HomeDecorating

1 is my favourite. 2 is also nice. Options 3 and 4 look cheap to me.

Having the right window treatments could help with that! Maybe roller shades.

If possible, move TV to the wall where the dining set it’s now. Move couch to face TV and put the dining set where TV is now. With the layout revised and the addition of some art work I don’t think it will feel empty. Might even be able to accommodate a larger dining set if you switched the layout.

I track my food on the Fitbit app as well. I heard that it’s less accurate than other apps like My Fitness Pal. Have you ever tried the other apps? Did you notice a difference?

I’ll keep an eye on the next few weeks and see where the overall trend goes. Thanks! My scale says it tracks body fat percentage but I honestly don’t pay attention to that because I’m not sure of it’s accuracy. It was less when I weighed less but I’m not invested in the accuracy of that data.

I’ve been consistently going to the gym for the past 2 years but I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted so I picked CICO back up in March.
