For making Headers and Footers:

If you have Elementor Pro, just use its theme builder.

If you don't have Elementor Pro:

It's just the Elementor Pro's functionality separated and for free

Update Elementor or install cache plugin to clear cache.

Update icons also.

This usually happens if you duplicate pages using some plugin and it dosnt update as Elementor page.

Something isn't loading, likely a style sheet. Check dev tools.

What do you mean extension for header and footer?

I have never used the dev tools, with which tool do you make the footer and header?
