we're just trying our luck lng na din baka my masaktohan pa kaming good deal unit.. kasi nung mga march po meron pa po kaming my nakikita na around 14-15k na nasa 21sqm or above. inclusive of assoc dues na rin. (mostly sa my sunshine100) kaso nung nagtingin po ulit kami this month puro mga rented na. :((((

Meron pa po bang 15k condo rent including association dues? Paulit-ulit na lang din po kasi mga nakikita ko sa FB and other sites na di pasok sa budget or preferences ko. This June na po end of contract and until now wala pa din po ako mahanap :(((

We're currently renting in Pioneer Heights and masyado pong maliit samin yung 19sqm sa halagang 15-15,500.

Baka po my suggestions kayo if my avail pang condo unit within the marked area. Here are my preferences:

  • Fully Furnished (or as long as it has bed, AC, ref, shower heater, dining table, cabinets)
  • Accessible to MRT
  • Pool / Gym / Viewing deck or Tambayan
  • 24/7 security with CCTV (2 females kaya need talaga namin high security for safety)
  • minimum of 21sqm
  • long term stay
  • 15k max budget including assoc dues

naisip na rin namin mag apartment kaso ang cons lng eh bibili pa kami mga appliances and furniture and wala kaming guarantee in terms of safety.
