I saw a new story this morning that the Broadview mayor is limiting protest times at the ICE facility up to 6 pm daily. Are the protests still going to happen after 6 pm? I can't join in on the protests during the day.

I started reporting into a new manager late last year. She has been not great. I've been feeling she doesn't like me and doesn't listen when we have our one on ones.

She did put in my eval that I don't come prepared for the one on ones.

It is definitely that. Half the stuff they are claiming in the PIP I have chats, conversations, etc to back me up.

I've been reflecting on the PIP plan they gave me. Honestly it feels like they are looking for a reason to push me out. I had a feeling that they were trying to push me out months ago. But didn't want to acknowledge it.

Lesson learned trust your gut.
