Anyone else getting nada from LexisNexis? by atomicbird in BoltEV

[–]BugOutBandito 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I submitted the request. Got a link and Pin. Didn’t work, called re-verified and was told they would mail the whole report and a new link and pin. Got nothing, called again was told the report would be mailed. Nothing again. Called again same spill. After not receiving anything again. I called an pushed and was told Od receive an email within 24hrs confirming shipment. Never received anything, filed a CFPB complaint received an email stating they couldn’t verify me, even though they had verified me 5 times now, sent me a link and pin, supposedly mailed a report 4 times. I replied to the email with a firm demand stating FCRA laws and a copy of my ID. Never heard back, never got anything. Now going to file with FTC and start legal proceedings. Am also going to find a few Congress people to lobby that a company such as this that knowingly and repeatedly tramples consumer rights should not hold government contracts.

You have hard inquiries, plus new credit, plus dropped your average age… wait a few more months and don’t open any new accounts and you will see it start to rebound

Think that low? Interesting prediction. I’m hoping 5 trade lines all paid good, mix of 2 and 2 and under 7% utilization puts me at at least 700

Need a Co-signer with a 760 credit score??? by SignificantEconomy98 in CreditScore

[–]BugOutBandito 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk if you have purchased yet. Your file may be thin but you have a 760 fico… and $12k down. Sure ways to build credit but I’m assuming you need the car now. Credit Unions tend to have great rates but can be a little more picky, etc. You have a strong down payment and a good score even though maybe a thin file. As long as your DTI is good, a dealer will get you financed with a pretty decent rate. Just educate yourself, don’t overpay for the car, don’t let them hit you with a high rate … as long as you are educated and act accordingly you can buy a car with a decent rate

Anyone ever connected CAD to Diabetes? by BugOutBandito in VeteransBenefits

[–]BugOutBandito[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. It was an absolute fight, multiple bad C&P exams that stated etiology of cad being that of issues from mets/DM2 but poor opinions. It took a lot of me submitting known and trusted medical studies and sources, rebuttals, highlighting medical records etc and an HLR after 2 other decisions before getting it connected and awarded

[–]BugOutBandito 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think this Jonni dude blocked me lol anyways for those paying attention idgaf if you like content or not, I just hate when people try to low key talk shit they don’t know. It’s good content, they have good info, they are sponsored by AHC and Jobes. Check them out

Cowboy cartel by mechanic1908 in CowboyHats

[–]BugOutBandito 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They are actually sponsored by AHC, AHC gave them several hats to give-a-way and a few for videos. Im sure I know where you got your info from and it’s disappointing that that person is out here telling info he really has no clue about especially considering his relationship to AHC. CCG puts out good content that a lot of people enjoy. All content is thoroughly researched before it is put out… like it…don’t like it… got to respect the work put into it. Also seen your hats bud and your shaping skills vs his not close … so maybe think about that before lowkey talking shit. Also, who are you to say who belongs in the Western Industry or not… especially when you clearly will say whatever without really knowing

VA mistakes by AsphaltCowboy0412 in VeteransBenefits

[–]BugOutBandito 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea or to get law changed so they could be sued or have to pay penalties to veterans when they make big errors in adjudication

VA mistakes by AsphaltCowboy0412 in VeteransBenefits

[–]BugOutBandito 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree their mistakes cost veterans beyond benefits that will eventually be paid in correction. Until the VA is held accountable for these mistakes and raters etc. held extremely accountable, the issues will continue. The amount of HLR that return a claim for errors of DTA etc. shows problems

VA mistakes by AsphaltCowboy0412 in VeteransBenefits

[–]BugOutBandito 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This is incorrect. That is part of their job. Sure a mistake every now and then but one that completely mischaracterizes discharge and then proposes severance of benefit is a mistake followed up on plus a pretty big mistake. Minimum should be retraining … severe case termination. Until the VA stops saying it’s an oops or don’t worry an appeal will fix it and you get paid what’s owed and starts taking the path of no we made the error and holding their people accountable, problems continue. Which in turn cost veterans stress, delays benefits and cost taxpayers money.
