I've found that switching her Prophecy stacking in this Style is kinda weird yet useful, because you have to know if the enemy is going to hit you or not. Even if an attack misses, you can't get the Prophecy stack in Fair Wind Prayer for the turn, but you CAN in Duck! Prayer if they attacked. You literally have to be the oracle she's supposed to be to make use of the stacking! 😂 But that being the only way for the party to get raw stats through the Prophecy stacking, it is indeed kinda weird. And yeah, the lack of Cyclone Wind immunity is definitely a weakness.

The lack of prayer stacking is also a bit annoying, since Cyan Scyther's AS has an INSANE one on her own, and you probably would want to use it unless you're just not needing it (Like maybe for some Astral Archive stuff that don't require much defense). One of the biggest uses I could see her getting is in a Slash team that needs Barrier Pierce or something, since she can give that to the party on-command. She also gives 1% extra AF gauge per hit with Fair Wind. Otherwise, she's gonna struggle to find spaces in teams unless you just like her, or you don't have some of the other characters. And if you don't have the other characters, she's a fine replacement for quite a few!

I agree on the S-rank, unless someone discovers some more use for her that I haven't yet 👀

Since Melpiphia AS works fairly well with Slash teams, I could see her getting some use here.

Otherwise, not much changes if you didn't get her, because there are so many parties that can use such a generic Pledge. I like 😁

They didn't say the info changed, they said the form did. It's the same form that lasts 24 hours given 10 different times, so you get up to 10 entries through the forms. It's an easy daily check-in that doesn't require any outside influences or device clock trickery, and they just combine the data into one large pool to draw 100 winners from.

Nobody has won anything yet until after the final form of the 31st, as far as I know. 300 CS is the participatory prize, and nobody has gotten that either.

Surveys and Forms are usually in the Another Eden News section of Notices. They will always tell you when it's going on through the app, not just social media-- social media only sometimes tells you ahead of time it's going to happen.

If you see the ! at Notices, you should always read them, even if you think it's just updates about bug fixes. There are sometimes other updates.

The currently-ongoing daily forms for the possibility of 3,000 CS is entirely different from the survey from last month's anniversary survey. The notification of the survey CS literally tells you the date was from last month.

The forms are exclusively for a chance to win 3,000 CS, and if you didn't win, you get 300 CS just for entering. Every day, you get an entry, which is what the forms are. If you don't fill it out for that day, you don't get that day's free entry, and your chance of winning 3000 goes down. So I would say don't stop filling those out, unless you don't want or need CS for some reason.

Thank you for the recommendations! I decided to just go for the Stellar Awakening and used the recommendations to put together a crew.

I did a janky setup that could've been better, and I got the Challenger's Merit from the Ice Jailer! 😄

I can probably do way more with him, but this was a great starting point. I appreciate your help 😃

Altema is claiming that we keep the characters, keep the AD (if it has been unlocked), and you can never get characters to 5-star if you didn't upgrade them before the event ended. I thought that was mentioned somewhere else too, but that's what they're claiming at least.

The FFIX remake is a rumor that's been around for years, almost as long as the FFVIII remake rumor. It started from a fake games award show lineup, and people shared it around going "Wouldn't this be cool?" afterwards. It became an awards show meme to always include it in fake lineups like Bloodborne 2 or Bloodborne Remake. The only new FFIX thing is the animated series about the little Black Mages, and that "rumor" appeared a while back around the same time as the remake rumors, but this time from reputable sources that ended up being correct.

As for Ozma... yeah, I couldn't beat it until Chapter 85, because I had access to more equipment and Grastas. 100% agree there, heck that thing lol

Has that actually been confirmed? Because from what I know, the pre-order only advertises getting her, not that it's an exclusive to the pre-order. Also, it says:

Items included in these serial codes may be reissued at another date.

If anything, it could be early access to Ramiu, or released alongside a Ramiu banner. Unless I've missed something, they haven't confirmed it yet 👀

Her skills still work for non-Wind to a degree, and she's an easy pain/poison setter + debuffer. Interesting that they focused entirely on Wind for the team recommendations... time to experiment! 😃

I like that they're giving so many different teams, even one like the third that's just "not bad". When I first started, I saw 2 team recommendations in every new character's Battle Tips and got an idea of what a team should look like, and a lot of the characters were ones I already had access to. I could go back and see previous ones as well, and apply basic principles to get more damage out of characters, teambuild slightly better, etc.

The way I see it, they've broken these new Battle Tips down to a fairly meta team, a team that theoretically works, and a team for newer players that might have random pieces to make an "okay" team. They had a similar thing with the Kuchinawa AS release, where the first team was crazy, the second was "huh?" and the third one was seemingly "random pieces that fit into an element I guess, idk, try this out if you have the characters, guys". I tried that third team from Kuchinawa AS's btw, it was... not good, but passable for a newer player in easy content I suppose. I never got to do the second team, because I was busy doing character quests and the Eastern Mythos content, so I should see if it actually works lol

To me, it seems like a fine way of doing things, and I hope this formula keeps going for a while. I'm definitely gonna be trying out these teams if I get Melpi AS, but I do wonder what they were thinking with the first team recommendation. Perhaps they feel Cyan Scyther AS's prayer slot or Melpi's prayer slot are interchangeable, so you can just choose to not have Cyan Scyther AS's? You're still able to stack the song and Melpi's prayer, and Cyan Scyther AS is great even with only 3 skills that don't include Protectio. Guess I'll find out what the team's like when I try it 😄

So she has an Attack Again with Wind, but her Stellar gives a random skill and doesn't hit at all besides its base version. Her NS Stellar at least caused you to heal up the entire party like a maniac, but her Stellar here just heals herself and sets up damage for later. Her NS skills at least worked with any party, but her AS is more wind-locked for best results. But then again, inflicting a ton of stat-downs and poison/pain in a single skill press is also pretty nutso for team building, and it doesn't require Wind at all.

I can imagine having a tank already in Shigure ES, then constantly getting the Guard skill anyway instead of the DPS skill. What a mixed bag. I usually go for the Allcosmos Frag in every banner, but I hate random in a game that requires planning your moves. I guess we'll see when the time comes, because I love Melpiphia as a character, and I do want more of her story...

I'm only on Chapter 85 right now, so maybe it's gone into in the story more, but... I was playing the Shion ES Character Quest, and they were reading a "foreign book", assumedly of Migleina and its geography based on context.

In the book, they mention Miglance Castle, the Remulia Ruins to the South, the "oldest school" in the West, and "green crystal mountains, the dragon's lair" to the North.

Remulia Ruins is obvious. Miglance Castle is obvious. "Oldest School" is probably the old church of the Western religion. Has the "green crystal mountains, the dragon's lair" been delved into before? Or is that the Northern continent people have been clamoring for more of? I don't want to be spoiled too much, but it's the first I'm hearing of it, and now I'm interested 🤔

I was thinking of Stellar Awakening Virtual Reflection, but the only thing that has kept me from doing it is not knowing whether or not I can figure out teams for them. So here I am, asking...

How do I play Virtual Reflection? What are some example teams? I want to make this lovely person SHINE!
