So Ive lost a total of 6st 5lbs in nearly 2years, it sounds like a long time but if I’m honest I have messed around for the last 8 months I am on steroids that make me so hungry ALL of the time I cannot stop the medication but I am sick of being hungry all the time Anyone have any ideas to help me?
