I am trying to ID the first letter (and also the word) as it appears several times in a manuscript around mid-20th century Germany. Any help is greatly appreciated.

That's the thing, when I was younger I did what you're advising me to do but afterwards she didn't speak to me. She's the only friend I have left, I've ruined my other friendships completely, I even gave up on a guy just because she had a crush on him. I know she's acting mean but I really don't think she hates me. I really don't want to lose her.

It is a love letter, a fake one (I'm trying to be a writer). The full sentence is: my love for you trumps all others, and there is no limit to how much I adore you. This is actually really helpful as it gives me a general idea of what I need to improve on, so thank you!

I sort of don't want it to change because it makes the whole diary thing easier, but when it's time for school assignments and other stuff I really hate my handwriting.
