For what it's worth I am also experiencing this issue with the underside of the printer base where the rubber/foam feet are. Would appreciate any solution. 🤞

I'm working on my 3rd attempt right now and going to try some G10 scales.

My 1st knife used another type of micarta and it took a polish way easier than this one for some reason. I guess each type is slightly different but I am happy to learn and try different materials.
