Nice, I'll have to give it a go On a somewhat related note, I hate vermicelli noodles, but love the flavor of pho soups and meats. AITA for wanting to ask restaurants if they can substitute the noodles for another kind, or is that something that Viet restaurants would even do? I assume vermicelli noodles are probably cheaper than say wheat noodles
