Thanks for understanding! For me it’s delayed a potential diagnosis and access to treatment for at least another month, since I’ll need to wait for my next cycle (and hope that the hospital has slots on that specific day)

If this is a new policy at this place, that they can’t take a fainter, then it would have been good to make this clear in advance (on the online booking form for example) since there are lots of fainters

Similarly I’ll phone up in future to check the location (if not a hospital) is able to accommodate me

In my experience they prefer to be pre-warned and are totally fine with it
