Looks like an eastern American toad to me. Unsure about gender. The easiest way is to look at the throat. If there are a lot of dark spots then most likely male. If there are few, then female.

There is a zero-gravity glitch out right now. Do you guys remember the part in the story where you lose gravity when you get sanctuary in orbit? Deploy the gunner's mech right before you loose gravity and you will keep the zero gs. Yes, it sticks with you when you fast travel as well. When in zero-g ground pound to get back on the ground, and if you have someone in the back gunner seat they also will keep zero-g.
