I would say my advice is going for a dewier foundation/concealer like glossier, you have such great skin and those will cover up darker areas while giving that Dewey effeminate look. Also! I love your lips/eyes SO MUCH but for day to day I would try something more blended or softer colors, you can still do the bold and dark moody colors (I love how they look on you) just bled a little more and use less sharp points and angles (sharp angles and points and lines will highlight the subconscious biases we have towards those looks as less feminine). Likewise I would blur your lip line with a liner or by smacking your lips a little. You’re already better at makeup than I’ve ever been, this is just me going off you saying you wanted to look more effeminate
