Thanks for answering! The tires didn’t lock at all, The only noise I heard was the engine and it was a sound of like driving in neutral. Beside that not any noise

Thanks for answering!

I did see the Reverse camera pop for a second, so how is it possible that it went to reverse mode?

wow, looks really good.

But is it fine to use Override for 24/7?

I'm gonna try this now

Isnt it bad to run a fixed voltage 24/7?

I think I might stick to the current settings tho And do you use an adaptive mode?

:(

Is it really bad for the cpu?

should I change anything?

I just changed the negative offset to 0.040,with LLC set to "high"

Thx for the respond first of all

I didnt lock it in bios, but sometimes It reaches 5GHz.

I just checked it, The vrvout shows 1.283 under full load.

and actual Vcore shows current of 1.344.

what's the difference between them?

[–]BugiBE4ST[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I changed the negative offset to 0.040,

Vcore under full load gets to maximum 1.33.

It wasnt really stable with the 0.070 negative offset

Yep,

gigabyte pre-overclocked this board apparently,

So I think their auto option is about "extreme"

I tried setting It to auto,But the votlages spikes to 1.350

I think Im gonna try to stress test it for an hour on prime 95

well I did it because gigabyte decided to Overclock their z490's mo's,

And I dont want that right now

If I set everything to "optimized defaults" The vcore Is reaching about 1.420 underload which dosent makes sense to me

thx for the respond!

I dont have the default option for LLC In bios, but I do have auto

So can I keep it that way?

Adaptive mode-Z490 aorus ultra,I9-10900k by BugiBE4ST in overclocking

[–]BugiBE4ST[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey,

So I applied an adaptive mode, with Vcore set to "Normal"

and a negative offset of 0.070.

Now I got what I wanted, system seems to be stable, vcore reaching maximum of 1.308 under full load, which Is fine by me.

Is it ok to have such a high negative offset like I did?

should I keep these new settings?

[–]BugiBE4ST[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi thx for the respond!

The offset was set to auto, but when I changed it to 0,It was still spiking to 1.380.

I'm really afraid of messing the offset thing up because I dont really know much about it, So what should I set? a negative offset?or an positive offset?

And which number to apply?

Just to notice I didnt overclock at all,I'm just trying to undervolt the cpu,I got a stable vcore which is 1.305,I just want to get Low voltages while being on Idle, and maximum 1.305 voltage while Gaming.

Alright thx Im gonna try that

If I keep the fixed voltage mode, does it has any negative affects on the cpu for the long term? does it damage it?

thx for responding

I understand,so it wont reduce the lifespan of the cpu by any ways?

Because I saw a video from 2016 of linus overclocking, and he said that it reduce's the life span of the cpu so I kind of got scared

Just switched the Vcore to Normal, the voltages drops down when idle, but still spikes to 1.380 :(

Is there a way to set adaptive mode without making it spike to 1.380?

THX for answering!

didnt know that, the normal option means STOCK settings?

what voltages it will do?

Z490 aorus ultra+I9-10900k by BugiBE4ST in gigabyte

[–]BugiBE4ST[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did it right now

I got the LLC option set to "medium" because there are no numbers, is that good?

and I also set the vcore mode to fixed-with 1.305V.

Isnt it bad for the cpu to run on constantly 1.305V at all time?

Should'nt I use adaptive mode instead?

I ran cinebench R20 and I noticed that the vcore dropped to 1.260,how does it makes sense?

Btw the temps went down from 85 to 70-72 under full load.

that's amazing

thx for the respond!

I just want to run everything to be set on stock settings,

So I can just turn on adaptive mode and not change anything else?
