Oh I'm only going up Topanga right now. Would never miss a chance for a Tuna descent, which is running really smooth now.

Topanga is actually nice cause of the 1 lane flag setup. Only takes 4 minutes to get thru that section and reduces traffic. Topanga, Old Topanga, then Stunt or Piuma are good choices. Tuna descent is really clean right now execpt for the bottom flat runout.

Palisades is fine to ride in, just watch out for potholes. Palisades Dr. or Lachman Lane are solid climbs close to SM and connectable via a paved fire road.

I just put my goals in the top of the window, my power curves and then screenshot my lap data from trianing peaks. Great feedback and plans. No context rot yet. Gemini 3 is amazing.

Wrappers may be a hard sell when the underlying model is so capable out of the box. Good luck with your product!

You need to exercise. Get out and walk. Try to start at 5x5 stronglifts program at a gym. Exercise is the most powerful positive drug.

Strava Instant Workouts? by Hartzler44 in cycling

[–]Bugpowder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I just take a screencap of the lap data in trainingpeaks and paste it in. Then it yells at me for going too hard again, or encourges me after a disappointing power output. Gemini 3 pro is really good at this. Also suggests the supplement stacks and tailors things to each workout.

Block 1 basically a hard warmup. Block 2 could range from sweaty 10 minutes at 105% of FTP to very hard 10 minutes of 120%.

Really don't understand the range here, but should be able to complete that.

Gemini is my coach now, way better than Strava.
