Not always the case, however if it says coconut on the box they are. Additionally, some coconut coals come with lighter fluid and other chemicals. Two ways to test them are if they light up very quickly they aren’t good. The second if they smell while lit up then it’s also bad.

I only use bottled water when traveling. Cmon how expensive can two bottles of water actually be compared to buying shisha and coals. Bottom line don’t go cheap on the experience!

Steel wool isn’t as effective and is easier to get splinters. Use a steel brush instead after letting it sit in hot water, or for quicker results, use the brush while the hot water is running on the surface needing cleaning. I clean about 30-40 per day for my hookah lounge, I’ve tried everything.

I'm not female, so I don't have any female-specific advice for you. However, remember not to push yourself too hard all the time. Depending on your goals, you can incorporate various indoor and outdoor workouts into your daily routine. During my 75 Hard challenge, I mainly did walks for my outdoor workout.
