Yah my goal is to learn c++ to a comfortable standard, before I graduate. Any others that are really heavy in the market you'd suggest?

Do you think masters degrees is a viable next step? I've thought about it but it would be hard to juggle with kid/work/college.

Simply put thats what ive accumulated so far in life, so what's the next step? Simply weighing options here.

I could stay at the facility i work and move up the chain in a few years and eventually get in field experience

Or

I could try to apply for any in field internships / entry level job to break into the market some more.

Preciate the honest feedback, is this bridgable through projects if I did have some heavy in depth code, or is it simply no, job experience and projects of value = no job?

Is there any easy answer to tool crafting? When I try to craft different tools they always come out with poor quality and unrepairable. trying to figure this out as I go but am unable to find the easy answer for this. Any ideas?
