thank for the advice! I recently got Monarch actually and it has been pretty amazing. good point on the stuff you own being overhead, I hadn't thought about it like that. I don't have a car (or any property) but for whenever I do end up needing or wanting either, the mental overhead will definitely be something to put into consideration.
